As a non-profit organization, we strive to keep our costs down to best serve our members.

Registration Cancellation Policy

Unless specifically stated on registration materials, the deadline to cancel your registration is 6 business days prior to the event. An invoice of $20.00 will be issued to cover expenses for those who choose not to attend or cancel after the stated deadline, regardless of membership status. Cancellations will be accepted in writing only and must be received by the stated cancellation deadline.

Event Cancellation/Postponement

AAF-Greater Evansville reserves the right to cancel an event due to low enrollment, inclement weather or other circumstances which would make the event non-viable. Should circumstances arise that result in the postponement of an event, registrants will have the option to either transfer registration to the same event at the new date or transfer registration to a different AAF-Greater Evansville event of equal or lesser value. Sponsorships are non-refundable but may be transferred to another event.


These above policies apply to all AAF-Greater Evansville events unless otherwise noted in the corresponding event materials. Please read all individual event information thoroughly.
