Registration Cancellation Policy
Unless specifically stated on registration materials, the deadline to cancel your registration is 6 business days prior to the event. If a reservation is made and guests (members or nonmembers) are unable to attend or cancel after deadline, an invoice for the reservation will be issued, regardless of membership status. Cancellations will be accepted in writing only and must be received by the stated cancellation deadline.
AAF-Greater Evansville reserves the right to cancel an event due to low enrollment, inclement weather or other circumstances which would make the event non-viable. Should circumstances arise that result in the postponement of an event, registrants will have the option to either transfer registration to the same event at the new date or transfer registration to a different AAF-Greater Evansville event of equal or lesser value. Sponsorships are non-refundable but may be transferred to another event.
These above policies apply to all AAF-Greater Evansville events unless otherwise noted in the corresponding event materials. Please read all individual event information thoroughly.
